Normally here at CarFront we like to keep our stories specific to high end cars or car companies, this one however, is an exception.
We’re starting to see a reverse surge the opposite way we are used to when it comes to the Mexican border. Americans are making the drive into Tijuana to save money at the pump. Just how much are people saving? For a gallon of regular, California residents are at about $4 a gallon. The drive down south of the border is saving them about $1.25, with the price in Mexico sitting at about $2.75 a gallon. The big shocker comes to Diesel, where Californians are paying about $4.71 a gallon, Mexico, $2.10! Thats a savings of $2.61 a gallon. I guess it’s our turn to leech a little bit?

Pagani Zonda R Coming in a Street Legal Form?

I’m sure you’ve probably heard about Pagani offering up the R version of the Zonda, constructed of carbon fiber and sporting a 750hp V-12 power plant and a staggering price tag in the 1.2 million dollar range. Well hold on to your snow cones kids, word is that Pagani will be offering a VERY limited run of 5 street legal editions of the Zonda R. The car is rumored to be appropriately will be named after the Italian name for five, ‘cinque.’ Weather this is just a pipe dream or actual plans is quite fuzzy at the moment. But if it was up to CarFront…well you know that what would happen then.

Simply put, the more I look at this car the more I enjoy its aggressive and completely deadly lines. At first like most of you I`m sure, disappointment ran vigorously

Time has now passed and I think we can all learn to love this car for what it is…something “CRAZY WONDERFUL” . Yes the price is so far fetched even many people who have the money refuse to buy one, but if ever the opportunity arises for myself and many others out there one day, I`m quite sure I wouldn’t hesitate to add it to my collection!!!

Considering the sad loss of the US Grand Prix this year which was once held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this years ONLY north American race will be held in Montreal, Canada.
Not only will it be the only North American F1 event, but it marks the 30th year in a row that Montreal is the only Canadian date host!!!
Being a Montreal resident, I have the plesure of soaking in all the festivities. Unlike most host cities, Montreal has an ENTIRE week of things going on leading up to the race on the Sunday. Starting as early as Tuesday we are bombarded with tourists and world media.
This year especially with no US date, countless US fans of F1 will be heading up to Montreal to get their F1 fix!!! In years past there is NO shortage of exotics roaming the streets, but this year is BOUND to provide some UNIQUE spots indeed.
If you are Planning on showing up for some of the partying going on during the week, might i make a suggestion and show up on Thursday June 5th for the LUIGI FERRARI CLUB Parade which begins at 5:30 PM as DOZENS of fcars from all eras drive down MAISONNEUVE ST. and then all park on PEEL ST. until around midnight.

There is a huge demographic of people that will never have the chance to sit behind the wheel of the worlds greatest super cars. Lamborghini’s, Ferrari’s, Aston Martin’s… they are ‘untouchable’ for the majority because they could simply not afford to buy or lease one. High end rental agencies are slowly bringing that opportunity to more and more people as they are becoming more widely available, easier to actually rent, and a greater variety of cars are being offered.
Up until late, the standard ‘baller’ cars that could be found on rental lots catering to those looking for something a little flashier and faster than the PT Cruiser, were the Ferrari 355 and the 360, and assortments of Porsche’s. That has changed quite a bit over the past year or so, we now have Lamborghini’s being offered, and not just the Gallardo either.
But Beverly Hills Rent-a-Car download assassination bureau the free has truly stepped up the game. Offering the all mighty Bugatti Veyron to the likes of all. Well all who have $25,000 to spend on the car for a 24 hour rental of the mega car. We at CarFront were quite intrigued, and phoned up Beverly Hills to get some more information, and find out answers to pertinent questions like:
Is doing 250mph+ frowned upon?
How many supermodels can fit comfortably and uncomfortably in the car.
I’ll give you my wife, house and first born… how about we call it square?
But unfortunately I didn’t even get the chance to ask my pressing questions as their customer service seemed a tad below helpful, after getting transfered around for information. At my last stop I was told to simply send an email, two days later, I’m still waiting.
