We all know the spending power in the United Arab Emirates, building man made islands in the shape of a palm tree, and the world. Constructing a ski resort in the middle of the desert.  They are definitely known for taking things that the majority of people wouldn’t dream of doing, and making it happen. This Ferrari is no different.  For most the sheer experience of owning a 599 would be enough. For a few more, they may want to customize it by adding a few tid bits here and there.
