All drivers must be of the age of 25 years old and carry a valid driver’s license. Driving records may be subject to inspection to insure a safe driving history.
Only the driver(s) put on the rental policy is/are allowed to operate the vehicle.
The use of a credit card for deposit and/or payment is required for all rentals and must to be in the name of the driver and none else.
Full coverage insurance is required and verified prior to rental/lease.
A day rental is comprised of a 24-hour period. A one-hour grace period is granted with late charges after such time.
No smoking, off roading, racing, or illegal activities are allowed during usage of the vehicles.
